It's easy to forget that everyone isn't as excited about innovation as you may be. Changing the culture in your organization shouldn't make people feel like they don't belong, or need to change who they are.
If you want to have a culture of innovation in your organization, then tap into the latent aptitudes of your people. Everyone was born with a natural ability to be curious and creative. They just need to be persuaded to use it.
Trivializing concepts like innovation, creativity, and leadership is a cynical way to placate people into thinking they are doing or being something they are not.
