I’ll call this training day 5 assuming I do something. I went out last night with a friend from college, and while it was a mellow night, I didn’t get home until after 10. So I decided to sleep in, which now days means 5:30. If I really wanted to push it, I could have gotten to the better Spin class at 6.
So it looks like an evening workout. That’s fine, it’s just they usually leave me totally wired for the rest of the night. The good news, the pounds are coming off again. I guess I wasn’t really trying all that hard pre-holidays.
